Waya Industries Product quality is very essential for our company and we try to incorporate it in all our activities. We ascertain that we procure and import our products from established and well reputed manufacturer and suppliers. Moreover, these products are checked at the manufacturer's premises in the presence of our quality auditors. Further these are tested again at our end to become completely sure of their quality. We have a stringent parameter set for the quality which are followed by all our employees. They see to it that the products are in accordance with the international standards and codes.
From the time of procurement of raw material till the final delivery the products, at every stage, item are checked for various chemical and mechanical properties using the equipment certified by the Government and its agencies.
They are checked for :
- 1 Dimensional Accuracy
- 2 Static Pressure
- 3 Leakages
- 4 Severe Vibration under Impulse Pressure
All these tests can be checks are certified by our Quality Management Systems and can be witness by the client and third party. Our team members and researchers ensure that all products that reach our clients are at par with international standard of quality and meet the functional requirements of various industries.
